Demolition and replacement with open stair treads for a modern look that fit our client's style.

Project details

Demolished the half wall and carpet on the existing staircase.
Provided several design concepts and came up with a custom look that fit our clients wishes
Re-framed stairs to accommodate the open tread design
Installed all new posts with a white painted wrap to contrast the dark oak stair treads
Custom milled post caps from solid white oak
Stair balusters are black wrought iron with a diamond pattern in the middle of each section.
